FACT! One local sweet pea grower from Banbridge has just thrown half of his crop of sweet pea into the skip,most of  the other half he is exporting to Holland to sell at auction to U.K and Europe!! The small proportion of what he has left is going to the local market for us to sell.

Penelope Flowers supports local growers by buying as much locally grown produce as possible and by educating our customers that local produce tends to be stronger and have a longer vase life (therefore really good value for money!!!)

Our locally grown flowers include sweet william, lillies, hydrangea, stock, peonies, antirrhinum, sweet pea and foliages.

Please ask us when ordering your bouquet if you wish to include local flowers!!
